Good Company – Employing Individuals with Autism
What do individuals with autism do after graduating high school or college? Often times, their minds are brilliant, but these individuals simply need to enhance their social skills. Sadly, the unemployment rate for individuals with disabilities is a staggering 70 percent. Even worse, secluding individuals with autism or disabilities from employment in the workforce only hinders them – and the businesses that could be employing their bright minds.
Good Company is the first venture of the Dennis J. Sanders III Autism Foundation. At Good Company coffee shop café, we offer an integrated and inclusive work environment designed to accommodate and employ everyone, including individuals with autism and special needs.
We believe in helping others reach their personal goals by becoming part of our family and enjoying the rewards of good and meaningful employment.
